Mark Damon Johnson is a creative, accomplished makeup artist, salesman and marketer
with a unique gift for creating and promoting beauty and style. He specializes
in cosmetics and makeup application and skin care in the field of fashion modeling and entertainment.
Mark has worked on several movie and stage productions including “A Christmas Carol”
Stage production (starring John Astin) with Capital Repertory Theatre, “Hell Hath No Fury” TV movie (starring
Marion Selbes PBS) and lead makeup artist for the independent “Get A Grip” movie (Kevin Craig West). His modeling and makeup design work can also been seen in a Milady recommended textbook and ELITE HAIR
Magazine.
His sales experience includes being the Area
Sales Manager for Color Me Beautiful Cosmetics and a Certified Diamontologist and Sales Professional with Sterling Inc.. Mark is currently a Pro-Team Member of Lancôme where he advises on skin care consultation
and does daily preparation and makeup application. He also works as an independent
consultant at Aesthetic Science Institute (Latham, NY) and Christine Valmay School (Albany, NY) where he graduated with honors. Mark is a New York State Licensed Esthetician since 2003.
He also has a passion for social work with
an A.A. in Social Services from Norwalk Community Technical College, Shaw
University, Raleigh, NC and is Certified (Red Cross) Community Health Worker. From
1993 to 1997 he was a social worker with Head Start, New Opportunites in Waterbury, CT.
