DÉLÉ is stage and screen actress of Nigerian heritage. Among the
roles she's played, her favorite stage roles include: Tommy in Alice Childress' Wine in the Wilderness, and originating the
role of Kat in t. tara turk's Grim Foster's Love Song (Parhelik Sirkle). Some of her other credits include -the
independent feature: A Sin & A Lie; short-films: Kémi and A Teenage Love; Daytime TV's One Life to Live (ABC).
Although
Délé focuses on an acting career, she has also worked as a model. Most notably she is one of the beautiful faces, which has
graced the packaging of Dark & Lovely's line of permanent hair dyes.
While studying and working as an actress/model,
Délé makes time to express herself creatively through writing. She has attended New Federal Theatre's (NYC) Playwriting
and Screenwriting Class, where she began developing a feature length screenplay "Son of Man" and a full-length play "Roses
are Crimson" under the tutelage of award winning playwright, Ed Bullins.
